Kinesiology is a set of gentle, respectful and non-invasive techniques with a holistic approach. It uses muscle testing to identify sources of stress in the body (mental, emotional, physical, energetic) and to rebalance them. It works on interconnected levels: mental, emotional, physical and spiritual.

We begin by defining your session goal together. I then use muscle testing to identify the most appropriate techniques from my therapeutic toolkit. You receive explanations at every step. The session may include visualisation exercises, eye movements, light physical exercises, and acupressure point massage.

Yes, kinesiology sessions are covered by the main Swiss insurance companies under complementary medicine coverage. Lucie is ASCA and RME certified. Please check the conditions of your supplementary insurance.

Every person is unique. Some notice significant change after just one session. Generally, a follow-up of 3 to 6 sessions is recommended to anchor changes durably. The pace is adapted to your needs.

Yes. Distance kinesiology works perfectly through the principle of resonance. Lucie conducts online sessions (Zoom) with the same effectiveness as in-person. Many clients from around the world choose this format.

Absolutely. Kinesiology adapts to all ages, from birth to adulthood. It is particularly effective for learning difficulties, concentration issues, lack of self-confidence and emotional tensions. Parents are present during sessions for children.

Please give at least 24 hours notice in case of cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations (less than 24h) may be subject to a partial charge.
