Kinesiology is a set of gentle, respectful and non-invasive techniques with a holistic approach. It uses muscle testing to identify sources of stress in the body and rebalance them.
It works on interconnected levels: mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. By identifying imbalances, it releases the blockages that prevent us from moving forward.
Kinesiology is the fastest and most effective method to release psychological and mental stress, treat trauma and help overcome fears or phobias.

We begin by clarifying together what you would like to work on during this session: a specific stress, a situation, an emotion, or a pain.
I use muscle testing — a form of biofeedback — to identify tensions and blockages in your body, and choose the most appropriate techniques.
Based on the results, I apply various techniques: acupressure points, eye movements, visualisation exercises, gentle physical exercises, Brain Gym®.
We assess the changes felt together. I give you simple exercises to practise at home to anchor the benefits of the session.
